Are our all products original and Made in India?
Yes. We proudly design and manufacture in-house in India using premium materials like solid metal, MDF, engineered wood, and canvas etc. Every piece goes through a strict quality check before packing.
How fast do we deliver? Any shipping charges?
Dispatch: within 24–48 hours.
Delivery: Within 4–5 working days.
Shipping: Free Pan-India Shipping On Order Above ₹500. A tracking link is shared by SMS/email.
Do we offer Cash on Delivery and prepaid discounts?
Yes. COD is available for most pincodes. Prepaid orders often get extra discounts or offers at checkout.
What if an order arrives damaged?
We use safe, tested packaging. Still, if a product arrives damaged, just share an unboxing video and clear photos within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or quick resolution.
What is our return & exchange policy?
We offer a 7-Day Easy Return. If you don’t love the product, raise a request within 7 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, in original packing with tags. We arrange pickup and provide exchange or refund as per policy.

Yes. All products come with a manufacturing-defect warranty (typically 3–12 months). We also provide spares and lifetime support for repairs at a nominal cost.
Do our products include installation hardware?
Yes. For wall art, mirrors and similar items, mounting hardware is included. We also provide guidance over WhatsApp/video call. For larger furniture pieces, we suggest local carpenter support.
Can customers customise size, colour or finish?
Absolutely. Many designs can be customised. Just share wall size, décor colours or finish preference—we’ll confirm feasibility, pricing, and timeline before making it.
Will colours look exactly like photos?
We shoot our products in natural light. Minor variation (5-10%) can occur due to screen display settings or the handcrafted nature of items. If you need a precise match, we can share real photos/videos before you order.
Do we handle bulk orders or corporate gifting?
Yes. We supply to interior designers, offices, hotels and builders with special pricing and branding options. We also provide GST invoices—just enter your GSTIN at checkout or share it with our support team.
